- Upon placing an order, you agree to the following terms of service:
- All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double check the quantity and variant of the products chosen before making payment.
- MiniPoppin only ships via Tracked Mailing to avoid untraceable loss.
- MiniPoppin cannot be held liable for damage or loss that may be incurred during the shipping process.
- Please communicate all order-related queries through MiniPoppin official channels only, this includes Twitter and the Official Discord Channel.
- Actual merchandise may differ slightly from the images onsite.
- If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted on the next earliest availability and whether you wish to proceed with the purchase or not.
- All delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and are estimates provided by the carrier. Within Singapore, you can expect to receive your order within the same month. If you are located overseas, you can expect to receive your order within 3 months. This does not apply to Pre-order items. MiniPoppin is only able to provide when the item has been sent to the local post office or picked up by the carrier.

Q: Where do the proceeds of my purchase go?
A: All proceeds go to the respective artists who made the product. If the product is a collaboration or licensed, payout will follow prior arrangements which may not be disclosed.

Q: What is the difference between Instock, Print-to-order and Preorders
A: Instock = the items have already been produced and can be shipped soon after your order is placed.
Print-to-order = Once an order is placed, the artist will produce the item and ship it out when it is ready (1-2 weeks wait time).
Preorder = You are placing an order for the item now to reserve one when the next restock comes in. (1-3 months wait time).

Q: What if my order consists of a mix of Instock, Print-to-order or Preorder items
A: Your order will be sent out only when all items can be consolidated into one package. Please place separate orders if you would like us to ship out the Instock/Print-to-order items first, and Preordered items when they arrive.
